Absolutely unique, beautiful apartment in an intimate neoclassical tenement house of Viva Braumanova, one of two semi-detached houses built in 1936-1937. A rarity among Warsaw houses, this tenement house is considered one of the most luxurious buildings in Warsaw’s interwar Old Mokotów. The pre-war decoration details have been preserved in the interiors: marble walls, floor mosaics and steel letter boxes. The building and its grounds are listed in the Register of Historic Monuments.
The spacious apartment has been finished with great respect for history, preserving many original details. A well-lit interiors with a height of 3.20 meters and a large balcony offer views of the old trees from every window. The apartment includes a basement and a parking space.
