The elegant tenement house of Prince Bronisław Massalski built in 1906, known as the “House under the Owls”. Its corner form was perfectly exposed after a thorough renovation, which restored the beauty of the Art Nouveau façade decorated with owl sculptures, among other detail.
This unique apartment was inspired by the aesthetics of Parisian tenement houses, consciously created by one of the leading Polish architectural studios. All interior details have been crafted to take maximum advantage of excellent daylight in spacious interiors that measure 3.40 meters in height.
Perfect location in the center of Old Praga offers restaurants, cafes, shops, theaters, cinemas, as well as Praski Park and the newly opened Footbridge across the Vistula River, all located in the closest vicinity of the tenement house.
