A small detached tenement house with six apartments, located among the villas of southern Mokotów, offering peace and tranquility within modern interiors, with a representative lobby and reception. High-quality details of the building were made of glass and stone supplemented with bricks. The interiors are protected against UV radiation by ‘high-reflection’ glass.
