I have already acquired an 20-year professional experience in real estate agencies (eg. City Real Estate Agency, where I was a co-founder, Ober Haus in the position of Residential Director) and in managing the Sales Department at Orco Poland, where I was responsible for the implementation of the company’s key projects.

Then, I joined Ghelamco Poland in the position of Residential Sales & Business Development Director and organised the Sales Team, by introducing and developing the company’s new brand, i.e. Ghelamco Residential. In Yareal Polska, I was responsible for the implementation of new residential projects.

The areas of my expertise include consulting services for real estate development companies, through preparing project concepts, sales and marketing strategies and investment image, as well as individual agency services in real estate lease and sale.

URSZULA BARYLIŃSKA – REAL ESTATE ADVISOR

I acquired an extensive experience in marketing whilst working for the FMCG sector and cooperting with marketing giants, like, e.g. Scholz& friends. In 2013, I decided to completely reconstruct my professional carrier and commenced dealings on the real property market. I was awarded the title of the “2015 Client Advisor” by Metrohouse Real Property Agency. I also cooperated with the Home In Agency, to finally join the team of the best agency of the Boutique Properties premium real property sector.

In the last 18 years we have finalized almost 3000 contracts selling or leasing residential real estates.
We have acted as sales and purchase agents for residential real estates worth over 2 billion zlotys.
We have leased over 800 real estates in Warsaw.
We have advised development companies on the location of their investment, sales strategy, as well as on project guidelines for their flagship investments in Poland, worth over 1.5 billion zlotys.
We have sold over 400 real estates to investment funds and corporate customers in Europe.
