My adventure with the real estate industry started in 1998, during my student years, more by luck than anything else. I got an offer to work at a real estate agency over the summer break and though it was meant as a summer job it turned out to be my lifelong passion. Over the years, I gained  experience in the industry working in various places in real estate brokerage, including City Real Estate Agency, where I was a co-founder, and in well-renowned companies like Ober-Haus, where I held a position of Residential Director.

In 2007, I took on a new challenge, transitioning to the real estate developer sector,  and started as Residential Sales Director at Orco Poland. At Orco, I was in charge of the sales department and was responsible for the company’s key projects in Poland. Next, I moved on to become the Residential Sales & Business Development Director at Ghelamco Poland, where I developed a new brand, Ghelamco Residential, and managed the sales team, the marketing and the execution of residential projects. I also cooperated with Yareal Polska where was responsible for implementation, management and sales of new residential projects.

In 2016, I made a decision to return to the real estate brokerage and started Boutique Properties. The place is made from love for unique real estate and is my true passion. At Boutique Properties, in a team made up entirely of women, we not only execute transactions but also create a unique atmosphere in which people matter, with their dream of a perfect home.

After I graduated from the Marketing and Management programme at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, I started a career as a promotion specialist at “Twój Styl” magazine. After many years of working in the area of marketing, in various positions including that of the Marketing Division Director in a global hypermarket chain and cooperating with companies such as Scholz & Friends, I decided to change my career path.

In 2013, I started to work in the real estate sector, which proved to be the right decision. I was awarded a title of “2015 Client Advisor” by Metrohouse Agency, which added to my conviction that I had found a new passion.

I joined Boutique Properties in 2016 and knew from the start that this place is going to be a success. Here I found a small and close-knit team, good cooperation and friendly relations with other team members and clients. Working at Boutique Properties is not only about transactions, but about creating a friendly environment filled with passion and satisfaction. After I completed my degree in Marketing at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, I started to work at Scholz & Friends advertising agency where I experienced a creative and inspiring environment. Later, in the luxury home appliances sector, I continued to develop my skills in advertising, as well as in Public Relations.

I entered the real estate field in 2006 at GTC where I worked on projects related to construction and commercialization of large office parks and shopping centers. At Alshaya, in the Head of Marketing role, I launched cult brands like Topshop and The Body Shop in Poland and in Eastern European countries.

Later, in 2017, I joined Boutique Properties, a company with a friendly and open work environment where we not only work together but are also a team. Discovering perfect properties for my clients is not just work but also a true source of satisfaction. I am a trained therapist by education, which means that I know how to listen. For many years, I worked in my learned profession in non-governmental organizations, hospitals and health centers. I managed projects, created support centers and ran activities for persons affected by neurological disorders. The years of experience in working with people, along with my love for interiors and design have brought me to work at Boutique Properties. Since 2019, I have developed my passions, working close with people, and have pursued with satisfaction both the role of real estate agent and interior designer and decorator. Our unique properties are a source of inspiration. Good relations with other people are crucial for me, which is why I cherish the contact with my clients so much.

At Boutique Properties I not only help people find their dream place to live, but I also make the showcased apartments an inspiration for the clients to create their own, unique space. I am a graduate of Political Science and International Studies with specialization in diplomacy. Currently, I study journalism and social communication. I enjoy working with people, especially in a team like the one formed by girls from Boutique Properties.

I became a member of this team in 2019 and since then I have been handling our office administration as the office assistant. At our office I take care of organizational matters on-site and also of our presence online. I prepare offers of apartments and houses, I manage our profile in the Asari and MLS systems, and I monitor the up-to-date status of offers on the market. Thanks to that, the agents can focus on their tasks, knowing that I am there to help and support them.

There is also another reason why working here is important for me. This has been my retreat from the other things in which I am involved. I co-create the LIFE POLSKA foundation, I run a primary and secondary school for refugees and I take part in humanitarian aid convoys to hospitals in Ukraine. When working with war victims and their difficult and sad experiences, the office is where I can reset my mind. It is here that I find peace and balance, which allows me to be effective both at work and in my other activities.
